Position: Project Manager (HVAC)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.), but needs to be near a major airport to travel to project sites as needed (preferably PHX, STL, ATL, CIN, or Northeast)
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000.
• Bonus: Performance-based, paid upon project closeout.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction on projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating subcontractor work, managing costs, and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. This role requires extensive HVAC systems knowledge, excellent client management skills, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate HVAC construction projects.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, RFIs, submi als, and material orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites (30–40%) and attend major company meetings/events.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping systems.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred or required upon hiring).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in construction environments.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
